Early Bird Registration (November 5, 2013 – August 31, 2014)

This registration does not include the pre-conference workshops or optional luncheon on Thursday October 9, 2014.

This registration does not include the pre-conference workshops or optional luncheon.

Last Minute Registration (October 1, 2014 up to the start of the conference)

This luncheon is not included in the registration for the overall conference. Please see the schedule for more information regarding presenter.

Registration for all Presenters (Podium and Poster)

This option is reserved for presenters only, and includes the entire conference except for the pre-conference workshops and the optional luncheon that would require a separate registration.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds minus a $25 fee will be available for all written requests made 30 days before the start of the conference. Please contact us at info@DoctorsofNursingPractice.org with any questions. No refunds are available within 30 days of the event, yet a transfer of registration to another attendee is encouraged. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of written cancellation based on the original form of payment.

Contact Hours / Continuing Education

“This activity has been submitted to the Arizona Nurses’ Association for approval to award contact hours. The Arizona Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.”

CEU Certificate Retrieval

Upon completion of your online conference evaluation, your CEU certificate will be emailed to the address you provided upon registration to the conference. A $20 fee will be assessed for written duplicate certificate requests.
