Purpose
Knowledge of telehealth and its applications are becoming key in increasing access to quality healthcare. It is therefore essential that APRNs are introduced to telehealth and its convoluted and sometimes confusing procedures and regulations in order to successfully adapt this modality into their practice. The purpose of this presentation is to give faculty the tools to integrate telehealth education into their APRN curricula. This aligns well with the conference theme since those APRNs who graduate with telehealth knowledge will be equipped with the skills to integrate this healthcare modality into their practice.
