  • If you are registering for someone other than yourself and payment will be under your name. Or if someone else is paying for the attendee's registration and the invoiced payment will be in their name.
  • This is required for the attendee CE account to be built for conference CEs to be obtained. Enter attendee email address only in this field.
  • One Day registration for Wednesday, Thursday or Friday are not available to any presenter. It is the policy of the conference and DNP Inc. that all presenters who attend the conference register for the full conference. A discounted rate is available for all presenters.
  • I agree and acknowledge that my participation in the DNP National Conference and any related events and activities is voluntary and intentional; I fully accept responsibility for any and all injuries that occur as a result of my participation in the Conference events and activities. I release DNP, Inc., and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives, from any and all liability resulting from my voluntary participation in the DNP National Conference, whether directly or indirectly caused by DNP, Inc. I further agree that I will indemnify DNP, Inc. from any and all liability resulting from my voluntary participation in the DNP National Conference.
  • 1. Full refunds minus a $100 fee will be available for all written requests made 30 days before the start of the conference. 2. Please email with any questions. 3. No refunds are available within 30 days of the event under any circumstances including weather related events, yet a transfer of registration to another attendee is encouraged. 4. DNP, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or postpone any or all conference activities due to unforeseen circumstances. 5. In the event the conference is cancelled all registrations will be transferred to the next conference. Refunds will not be offered. 6. Refunds that meet the requirements will be processed within 30 days of receipt of written cancellation based on the original form of payment.
